How it works
EmployAble is a proudly Namibian company that was started in 2018 by Anja Kearley. Anja has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology. Given her qualifications and knowledge about recruitment and selection processes, and after having had her own struggles with finding employment in the past, Anja decided it was time to help others find employment more easily by assisting them in creating beautiful, professional-looking CV's that will be more attractive to potential employers. EmployAble provides a professional service at affordable prices, to give everyone the chance they deserve.

While it is true that 'anyone can create a CV', not everyone knows what it is that employers look at specifically in a CV or what helps set your CV apart from someone else's. This is where EmployAble comes in. We help you to create a brand new CV, specifically designed and structured to help you stand out from the rest. We also create small CV summary pages that employers sometimes find helpful to use as a 'quick fact list'. Lastly, we draft a cover letter that you can accompany with your CV, which will help to motivate your reasons behind applying for the job and why the company should hire you.
The company works on an online basis. This means that there is no need for face-to-face meetings with our clients. All you need is an email address and a phone and we are set! That way we can assist our clients in a time and place that is convenient for them, without them having to travel anywhere. Receive excellent service while sitting comfortably on your couch at home, or while enjoying a warm cup of coffee in town.
